The vineyard is located in two neighbouring areas, Talmaza village and Purcari village, both part of the wine-growing region with Protected Geographical Indication Stefan Voda.

Harvesting and processing: 100% selective manual harvest, in 10kg crates.
Fermentation: Grapes are cooled to +4°C. 4 day must cryomaceration, fermentation with native and selective yeast mix.
Ripening: Wine matured 24 months in French (60%), Carpathian (25%) and American (15%) second pour oak barrels.
