The vineyard is located near the village of Purcari, in the wine-growing region with the Protected Geographical Indication Stefan Voda.
Winemaking:
100% selective hand harvest, in 10 kg crates.
Grape cooling to +4C. 4 days of cryomaceration, fermentation with a mix of indigenous and selective yeasts.
100% of the wine matured in oak barrels for 24 months. First 12 months in new American oak barrel, the next 12 months in the second usage French oak barrels.
