100% grapes from a 49 year old vineyard, of only 0.4 hectares, was planted in 1975, located near the village of Milestii Mici, part of IGP CODRU.
Winemaking
100% hand-picked, in 10 kg crates.
The grapes were initially pre-fermented down to 0С and direct press maturing, without destemming.
Fermented in stainless steel vessels, at low temperatures of 12 to 13C with a mix of indigenous and selective yeasts.
91% of the wine in stainless steel vats, 6 months in contact with sediment of fine yeast, with batonnage. 9% of the wine matured 5 months in French oak barrels third pouring and without malolactic fermentation.
